International Lending Advice/help needed

I am looking for an international lender for my renovations in Istanbul. Turkish banks are not lending due to the volatility of the Lira.
I am after USD$ and I have steady income, live in Turkey as a citisen by investment and also a Natural Australian citisen.
Can provide documents etc, have a good credit rating in Australia. have settled on 2 mortgages previously. Have zero debt, own 3 properties in istanbul outright, and living expenses are quite low where I live, I am working for an Australian company being paid is AUD$ that I have worked with for a number of years.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
