Investing internationally - Europe

My partner and I currently live overseas exploring other interesting markets for real estate investment, predominantly in Europe. We'd like to learn more about whether this is smart financially from a tax perspective.

Strategy is buy and hold - rent something out and potentially use for vacation (somewhere by the beach ideally).

We're not in a position to manage a flip as we currently live in Dubai.

We are mainly interested in Spain, Greece, or France.

I'd love to connect with anyone who has experience with this.

Thanks!

You would have to mention your domicile, in order to get/accept any reasonable advice in this forum... Inland Revenue unfortunately exists everywhere, and every country treats it differently...
