My point is that I respected his time.)Choose 3-5 zip codes in your area where there is investor activity.I don't know what part of GA you're in but I'm in San Diego and when I was wholesaling, I never wanted to drive more than 20 minutes (if you're in a rural area, you might have to widen the area.)

I saw one property in Columbus GA that interests me (which needs a lot of work) I am based on the west coast.
