Hi,I have been asked by a recent contact about my interest in taking on a short-term loan backed by a property in the Chicago area.

I'll be looking to rent out my SFR within the next few months after all rehab work is completed and wondering if anybody has any Property Management contacts that they've actually conducted business with here in Tracy, CA. 

I have heard though, that these people respond better when you are able to contact them earlier in the preforeclosure process.

My suggestion is to contact a Real Estate Attorney and have them help you structure the deal to protect you.

Title insurance, property taxes/proration, insurance, lender fees, transfer taxes, attorney, title report and update (continuation), filing/recording fees, etc.Look at a typical HUD-1 and you'll see all the lines--there are lots.I would suggest you contact a local title company and get the local low-down on your typical costs.

Ok I have a question maybe some 1 here can help me and tell me if anything could be done I bought a duplex out of state very happy w my purchase But one of the things wasn’t done during inspection of the house that I asked them to complete and they said ok It’s on paper I asked my Realestate agent if it was completed and he said he didn’t check and that he trusted the other Realestate agent We come to figure out that what was promised wasn’t done I am trying to contact both agents and they are ignoring my call and e mail how should I proceed ?

-Points of contact with multiple banks, a few of which I have met in person-Lawyer relationships in Little Rock-Detailed notes and research on Little Rock, Understanding of which sub markets are desirable and why -Property management relationships (often the same firms as brokers in Little Rock) Detailed notes on their policies and notes on some of the specific properties they manage.

Do you not have any relatives, friends, or reliable handyman nearby that would either handle it or contact you?
