iM looking for a closing agent or real estate attorney that does closings for real estate that is investor friendly. Some one that knows how investors work and give advice and looking over different contracts that will work here in oklahoma, as to wholesaling doing double closings, lease options, fix and flips, and note flipping. some one who knows the different ways an investor work.
