Look, anytime someone touts "green" technology, there are a ton of hidden costs and anti-environmental concerns they refuse to address.

I feel it is a very underrated and under utilized technology and it has only gotten better.That being said I would NEVER put evap in a rental property.

Probably some day in the future we will figure out how to replace contractors with technology, but not any time soon.
