Hi all, I am an older retired designer who has owned a triplex for 31 years and a 9 plex that I bought three years ago.

Does anyone know of any website or agents with listings where the sellers have just recently been affected by these events and are motivated to drop there sale prices.

But they have 3 pitbulls and no contractors want to work with the dogs on site.  

These smaller targets include daily goals of 20 minutes of reading(love the BP books) or podcast listening, and analyzing 5 deals a day(thanks goodness the web tools work on mobile devices). 

Good site to double check for rent controlled areas is ZIMAS.Obviously, the tenants were not happy about the increase in rent.
