I guess it would be better to just pay extra to have new pictures taken, or at least for the ones for the out side. first impression is everything. definitely get a new picture taken!

Hi,I have been running into a fair amount of out of state owners that I believe are under the impression that they will have to pay more capital gains taxes than they really will.Recently I wholesaled a house in Union City (seller lived in Arkansas).
