Hello Biggerpockets! Another newbie has arrived.

I'm so impressed with the amazing content and members in the Biggerpockets community and I'm honored to have recently joined your ranks!  I am but a humble newbie ready and willing to learn from the masters of real estate investing in this community.  I also anticipate contributing and helping others as I gain more knowledge and experience.  I love investing but until now I have never invested in real estate.  I have started and sold several businesses and continue to do so.  I am mostly interested in buying and holding long residential and commercial multi-family properties and have fun doing it.   I am open to big and small deals.  I live, work, and play in the Utah county area so if any of you out there wants to meet up for lunch, play some golf, go hike, fish, shoot, etc...I'm always game.
