(Who knows) So far, haven't heard a reply from the agents...I would like to know some of the more experienced wholesalers/investors take on this, and if you've done this, what was your "shpill" to the agent? 

My experience in RE was only the few times I'd hear about how my Granddad was an agent, until last year I joined Lifestyles Unlimited.

To find these sweet spot deals would the suggestions be to network with existing real estate agents to narrow the search down?

An executive of a business authorized to sign such documents is often an employee, not necessarily an owner.If bankers won't let you sign like that, take your better attorney along and have him/her explain it to them.I have one who even trains IRS agents on the proper interpretation of the tax code (he, his partners and staff consistently win audits).

I am an investor and agent with Fathom Realty.

This practice seems a bit unethical by the selling agent.  

So If i am an investor, that also happens to be an agent.

While I'm down there would love to connect and meet up with any other investors/agents in the area.

Chris is my broker and he and Herb are agents & wholesalers in that area.
