@Jasraj Singh a really good and simple starting point without getting a good agent involved is using https://www.zillow.com/home-va... and do some simple market analysis on a zip code and census track basis.

We are on track to have it completed in July in time for the upcoming school year (assuming there are classes on campus).

All of that to say, be sure that your lending capabilities are solid before entering into the contract and being unable to close. 

We own Class B multifamily properties and our collections were 99.6% for April and we are on track to collect similar % for May.

One of the members even came up with a form for people to enter break in info into it so that the locations can be tracked and reported to the police and so that they can see if there are patterns to it all.

Nothing ever came of it.We have had our fair share of "show AppFolio how it's done" moments ;) I do wish they would prioritize some other useful features, like a map of all our properties (we manage mostly SFRs and small multis), eviction tracking, etc.
