I've seen numerous houses being purchased for under 100k, getting remodeled and then sold for over 200k.Really, so many areas of Dallas are experiencing that growth.

Hi All,I have been mulling the idea of hiring a contractor or doing the renos/remodels on my own.

There were simply blocks of time over the course of 3 or 4 days when the tenants were prohibited from flushing the toilet.

They have it for both new construction (where you screw cross bar to joists) or remodel (where you make a normal box hole and then spin the bracket and it extends until it grabs the joists.

Tenant tried to flush all the weed down the toilets, it clogged my septic tank and drainfield... getting that repaired now..story was all over the local news....not helpful for future renting...LOLAnd 3 years ago tenant burned another house down when using a fry daddy for 10 pounds of chicken...why didnt they just go to KFC???

This could work out and keep you from doing toilet repairs at 2:00 in the morning !
