I come to you as an 18 year veteran of the corporate world (software), traveling the globe to build someone else's stock portfolio.

I'm in the process of opening my Real Estate Company and I'm hoping to find out what software programs other companies are using to assist them with stream lining their work flow.  

We use an in house system through our property management software  but there are plenty out there that you can do online that will process credit, criminal and eviction checks...just do a Google search.  

The end result is his software providimg you with investors/companies that's purchased real estate within the time frame you choose (last 30, 60, or 90 days).

Did you use any floor plan software for the rehab?

I have been comparing property management softwares.

That lead to my partner and I developing software for loan investing and management and opening SDXS (my firm now) which works in the space.  

Or do I need some sort of MLS software?

I'm estimating I'll be in need of software like this by the end of this year (Excel is getting unwieldy).
