Very odd situation and was just shopping but am curious what others think.

It was sitting on the MLS for one year plus, in a good neighborhood, centrally located from all shopping and eateries.

I wanna shop around a bit this time since i am in a position, credit wise, to actually have options.

Elon Musk is setting up shop heavily here and Amazon is making big bets here too. 

The 2:1 across this small town might be sold at $250/square foot and the realtors bring this up when pricing our home, but we have a 1/4 acre double lot near the coffee shops and a detached garage and they don’t.

Hi @Skyler Smart, without knowing your financial picture, know that 75% of the rents for property #1 will go towards your income.  

@Alex Scotte well i dont have to say much here, maybe consider smart locks where u just have to change the code.

Anything relatively close to Route 7 is prime, I believe, because that will take you right up and down the county, with access to everything from shops to mountain views!

We have 43 listings now, have a full-time managing partner, a couple assistant managers, 5 cleaning teams with 16 cleaners, an office, and for the sake of vertical integration, we’ve been shopping for laundromats for our linen solution.
