mortgage rates for primary home refi
I am thinking about refinancing my personal home to free up some cash. I currently have a VA loan. Anyone have any leads on what banks are offering the best rates? I wanna shop around a bit this time since i am in a position, credit wise, to actually have options. So far, ive contacted my current lender and New American Funding. depending on what i find, i might do a cash out refi to help fund my 1st rental property.
