I think that you really have only one of two choices.

Then I take that with me and I now have a map with all the properties and I can make the most logical choices on how to drive by those properties.

When using a PM, you simply must make the right choice of who to hire and manage the PM properly.

Not understanding what the possible root problem is when looking at a particular situation can be disastrous, and costly.If you do not know, for example, how a typical toilet actually functions, and the actual cost of typical replacement parts (under $20) and what is involved in replacing them (less than five minutes work), you might not be making the best choices when repair is needed, or when renovation estimates are calculated.

Your choice to spin it around to appear that your intention was simply to help, is disingenuous.

I don't see this as a security threat.The debt issue may require some hard choices and definitely requires a better informed electorate.
