Hello Daniel,A home inspector typically conducts a brief inspection of all things you mentioned plus:- check the foundation for cracks- search for signs of water damage- search for signs of other hazards (mold, asbestos, termite damage, etc)- functionality of boiler- other miscellaneous items that may be of concernAfter the inspection, you'll receive a thorough inspection report and anything that may require further inspection will be mentioned.Best of luck to you moving forward!
