Some parks pursue eviction because it releases them from rent control laws for that space.

for 2014 you can buy a cash flow rental in the mid west and make 10% if your lucky :) personally I think value add is a nice space to be in whether its rehab and or ground up..

Many county clerk's offices will have their public records online.

Ikea has lots of small accessories and items that make life at home much easier (hooks, storage solutions, organizing rooms and spaces, etc) I have personally never seem a house with those attributes but I think it can also be a niche
