The only thing that bothered me a bit was that their website mentioned that the last update to their materials occured on 2009, but probably not a big deal.Is the online portion all reading or does it have audio and illustrations as well?

Depending on the length of the tenancy the tenants will be responsible for all or a portion of the cost of repainting, especially if it's not normal wear and tear, like crayons or marker.

To me a loan implies principle will be paid back with interest, how would the loan be structured if the interest portion (profit) is unknown at the time of the loan.

The home we inherited does not currently have a mortgage on it.We are looking at refinancing our primary residence, and I'm thinking there will be a tax benefit to shifting some of our debt to the rental property, but I was hoping someone on this forum can validate or disprove my thinking.Every year we end up paying the Alternative Minimum Tax, which makes a portion of the mortgage interest on our primary residence non-deductible.
