If you want to do a loan in your LLC's name, the best loan would be a portfolio loan.

@Mike Bell  Call around and check with credit unions or smaller banks that do portfolio loans (they keep them in house and don'' resell them).

We had the same issue with not being able to find a good property manager for our portfolios. 

Any commercial/portfolio lender should be able to do the cash out as soon as you have it stabilized.
