I just bought a 6 units apartment for BRRRR. How do I refinance ?
Purchase 6 units in Riverside Calif, end of June 2018 bought below appraised valued, rent is stable in the process of renovations. Purchase price $634k & appraised value $790k, does anyone know any banks or mortgage broker that can do a refi on this property without seasoning? Help!!!
