Form 3 (or more) LLC’s to avoid having all assets being subject to getting sued. 1 – An LLC as the buy and hold holding company, 2 – An LLC for flips, 3 – An LLC as the operating company (heads into contracts, collects rents, etc.).

When I get the text I click the link in it and it gives me a popup box reading AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED (bold, not caps), with regular font "bgrpkts.me" underneath, with two fields for username and password below that.

I training lease option assignments I ask unlicensed folks that aren't licensed to go knock on doors and say that if the agent with the listing agent doesn't perform to think of them, the Rei operator, that's itProcuring cause is an issue, so getting a release from the broker of the agent is important
