I have done some light construction (alarm installation, conduit, etc.) and am a good handyman or jack of all trades if you will.

Install Red/Blue strobe lights on the exterior of the building.

However anyone else who is a wholesaler,  could you shed some light on what your set up is like ex.  

I watched them play in the attic but couldn't get a good shot due to low lighting, very much like kittens.

Seems obvious in retrospect.In addition to a price drop, do you think it would still speed up the process by updating some cosmetics, such as paint, light fixtures, carpet, and maybe the new kitchen?

If you even pay for one light bulb using your own funds (not from your SDIRA) you will be violating the IRS rules and risk forfeiting your tax free status and will be subject to penalties.
