This would be a good place to remind folks with more than 4 financed properties that a lot of what is found on Google is out of date pertaining to cash out refinances and how many financed properties one can have. 

The monsters send out mail (which you probably should do), but you can save money and maybe snag a deal they don't get because you saw a dumpy house and knocked on a door.

I can go down to staples and get a form and put it in the mail to him.  

It also HAS to be certified mail.

What are people doing for getting them mailed out?

I dont have an address for him in Iraq and im not even sure how that would work so i emailed him the letter instead and im sending it certified mail to his adult son and daughters new address tomorrow.  

They probably deliver to vacant houses that have piles of mail.

All of this thread reminds me of the old saying....No risk no reward!

And tax delinquent owners all say they have piles of direct mail...
