This is a lady that is about 65 that is selling her deceased mothers property so she probably doesn't want to hear about someone gutting it and remodeling.

One seller in particular (elderly lady, getting too old and was a landlord) has a property for sale that is in great shape.

There was an older lady who owned the house. she ran into some health issues. my wife helped her out until her sons came and moved her out of town. we been renting since. talked to him months ago about possible purchasing it.

They have a good one as long as you have like 3 rentals or less. someone had made a post about this a while back. i remember a lady had listed about 10 banks. try searching “rental line of credit” or something like that in the BP search bar on this site. i bet you can find it.

I found this deal because I heard an elderly lady passed away down my street, and heard that her relatives (the executor of the estate) were staying there.

I want a nickel every time someone uses the phrase "cash flow negative spouse" ;)Probably not very helpful with the ladies..

I was on a showing once, gorgeous unit, great location, but the lady in the elevator told the HOA had passed a rule that the buyer would have to put down carpet (over the beautiful hardwoods) because the sound transfer between units was so bad.
