I called Navy Fed  and they said they had never heard of this..thoughts?

Thankfully, the FED is there to come to the rescue with its printing presses.These remarks had more to do with the risk aspect of things.

.... the question is too far fetched while the Fed openly saying you guys have to fire your employee, Fed says "we dont even feel the pain yet" LOLNo, AI would NOT replace worker, in fact it would increase the job especially in tech sector, the AI is kinda job security for us LOLThe first thing AI would expand would be in auto/car accident prevention.

I am fed up with this and now looking for buyers. 

But, today I received a Summons from local court saying one individual ( I have the name) is suing me for not mowing the grass and Against the Peace and Dignity of the State of Texas.

So I did that (because the grass was about a foot high at the time).  

You will need to fix the problems on the land (garbage, grass longer than 8 inches, etc).

In multi's LL often maintains lawn/snow vs singles where tenant cuts grass and shovels snow.And as John mentioned, you need to know your tax rates and insurance rates.  

How much do you pay someone to cut grass at a property per month?

No.....infractions against the property put in place by county/city inspectors for things like illegal additions, uncut grass, abandonment, etc.
