This is what frustrates me with posters and their success stories sometimes. 

I was frustrated by the lack of accuracy that a lot of the skip tracing tools offered so I decided to take matters into my own hand and seek out the most updated numbers for my direct mail lists.

I do all the rehab myself so its a bit frustrating at times.Hope this helps,-Matt

I have asked other investors in the area and they all have the same issues with GCs5 years ago i was having the same frustration trying to find a good realtor so i decided to become a realtor myself and it has paid great dividends so i thought it might be a good idea to get my GC license as well What do you guys think?  

IT will be a frustrating process but it does work depending on the bank. 

I keep rescheduling for them but it's getting increasingly frustrating.
