I recently paid a real estate attorney with expertise in NC for some advice about wholesaling and the contracts that are used within the process, but two major details stood out to me- the "no assignment" clause and having as much of a chance to terminate the contract under as many circumstances as possible if the deal doesn't go as planned.

But there could be individual circumstances where a hold period of less than that might be appropriate.

You'll get ventilation and filtration.I would agree except that when you have no ductwork, it will mean a serious amount of demolition to install the new ductwork.

They can be good option but I do not expect will save money, except as related to speed, over stick built in the US.
