We aren't setting our sites as high as 20+ but we are looking at du/tri/quadplex's and maybe as high as 10-12 units but I'd think that would be it.

So, yes - sites like Zillow and Trulia do get most of their info from the MLS, as they have a special license to do so.

I came across this site and was amazed at all the resources it had to offer with along how helpful the community is.

I have always been interested in real estate investment and my buddy Scott Swink, a BP Veteran, invited me to utilize this site.

Still, I would take that certificate and have a conversation with an agent who understands flood (which you can find through the FEMA site) before you make your move.
