But I decided to just send her another factual letter referring to the prior notifications, and leave it at that.

So, you could thing of this as "digital farming"; a process that will take time, but will eventually establish you as a key ranking site.Good luck!

If you feel you are being unfairly targeted have a lawyer draft a letter stating so.

The Sewer District requires a notarized letter to move the bill into a tenants name, I have basically been forced into including it in rent (and eating the 5-10% increases every year).
