Use that as a thread title and then call one, let him know your not only looking fir one right now but all future business when it comes to your building empire and you might find one that works with landlords at a reasonable cost, because you might be digging a deeper hole with every action even if it seems reasonable to you or common sence ..

But if you dig a little deeper, there are pockets/subdivisions within Katy that rents extremely well and have low DOM.
