They probably just determined it was a waste of time debating with you.On top of the legal aspect, can you see how backing out last minute is a rotten thing to do?

As an investor myself I am supposed to close on a multi property package next month and have been debating it.

It's not because I see it as my best road to wealth - that's debatable.

I was debating between a mini split unit, heating/cooling window unit or a portable space heater.

We’re debating offering to pay it for this one time due to the circumstances (obviously we would make this clear in an email).

We might get restationed there next year and are debating buying another home or just renting while stationed there.  

It is far past time for debating whether or not a recession will occur...that ship has sailed. 

I am looking to buy a 2-4 multi family unit and my goal is cash flow and decent appreciation.  I have narrowed it down to Atlanta, Houston, Austin, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Memphis.  Am I on the right track?...

Without getting into if $1M or $250k is the right number - that is non-winnable debate.

Growing from zero to 100 units, or zero to $500k cash flow, in under 5 years are rare and require a lot of risk tolerance and PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of intentional PM and maintenance.This is why it is strange to debate location/appreciation versus price/cash flow.
