Am I On The Right Track (debating the city to buy in)
I am looking to buy a 2-4 multi family unit and my goal is cash flow and decent appreciation. I have narrowed it down to Atlanta, Houston, Austin, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Memphis. Am I on the right track? Any opinions on which is the best for my goals? I am still researching but would love to hear from the pros.
