When it's "in the air" so to speak I think that's a good thing, think of like all the car dealers or fast food places being in the same spot 

How much are the foundations raised and are they over a crawl space?

HHI is our favorite SC vacation spot, and actually a location we are considering for vacation rental investment.

There's a tarp on a spot on the roof and minor water damage to the drywall inside.

The subfloor and wall plates were saturated and rotting.Here is another picture of the end of the hall under ultraviolet light - the glowing spots are intense urine stains:There was not a laminate floor in the place that did not have cupping from animal urine and the vinyl on the lower level had been scratched through to the subfloor in several spots.

This project also needed the crawls space to be completely redone; new drain tile and sump pump system, foundation repair, encapsulation, rim joists and floor joist, 14 new supports with cement footings, plus the duct work, electrical, plumbing, and main drain lines... easily about $25k to contract out... my cost was about $2,200.Sometimes I say, " I save more money than I make".  

They are very easy to spot.
