Hello everyone!

I've been listening to the podcast for a few weeks and decided to check out the forum.

I'm a complete newbie looking into getting into real estate investing (this first step is a hard one to take!.)

I'm a software developer (I like what you've done with the site!.)

I live in central Connecticut, work in southern Connecticut. Looking to purchase a multifamily and see how it goes from there.

Looking forward to networking and the advice you guys can provide!
