Most max at 75% LTV. 80% LTV is possible if the rent from the property supports the loan payment.

That is obviously very time consuming, but it is the only way to get top market.

The room is raised foundation as it is above ground but has slab to support it.Definitely agree, this is why we are doing as much research as possible before renovating.
