@Michael S Dawson  A cost segregation study is a very complex and calculation intensive process when done right with a quality engineering-based method.

It does add a level of complexity but once setup, it just works.

Be sure and read Yelp and Google reviews of the properties they are already managing if they are larger complexes

It is a well known, centrally located, desirable complex.

In fact it took me several months to get up the confidence to solicit him for his business as I was suffering from an overwhelming inferior complex as a result of my reverence for both his title and expertise.
