hi my name is Briony Green I am currently a dental assistant. I'm looking to start a passive income for me and my family.  In real estate I plan on doing this by holding SF property for rentals and also apartment complexes. I do not currently have any money, I do have a year of experience. I wholesaled one property since I've checked into this. all my steps would be from going out there and doing the legwork myself and coming up with ways to bring in some income to hold these properties.
