Questions for property managers

Does anyone have links to articles about interviewing property managers? Or is there a list of 10 questions for them? I'll be somewhat hands off with my properties. Setting the foundation for the parts of our business we want to systemize.

    @Stephen Rager

    Here are some I would recommend:

    1. Are you a property rental property owner yourself? (try to hire firms that are landlords themselves)
    2. How often are inspections performed and what does the report look like?
    3. How do you screen/select tenants?
    4. What is the occupancy rate at the properties you currently manage?
    5. Are you willing to give me the contact info for the owners you currently manage for?
    6. How do you analyze pricing for raising rents and pricing new tenants?
    7. How long of a commitment do you require? (PM companies confident about their services won't require long term contract)
    8. What is the typical cost for an apartment turn-over (painting, new carpets, etc)?

    Be sure and read Yelp and Google reviews of the properties they are already managing if they are larger complexes
