It's frequently difficult to prove who forged the deed. 

Horse manure smells less than most animals but depending on how frequently the stalls get cleaned and where they pile the manure and also what type of bedding they use can all play into the odor thing.

I see them frequently trying to deal out jabs, funny or otherwise at others, particularly wholesalers, but rarely point that filter back at themselves or others in the same role.

The only downside is moving frequently can be a pain if there are other factors (spouse/live in partner, kids attending school in local district, etc).

@Brian KantorI agree.I'd just send my handyman over to fix and further waterproof this.Some of this can be caught on routine inspections, which I am bad about doing frequently myself.
