If you are, then you can likely find the answer to your questions in the fine print within the lease. 

Only problem is that the engineer made a few REDLINES to the iJoists layouts that are ONLY on the jobsite prints, NOT on this ROGUE laminated copy from the lumber company...Guess which version the framers used to frame the second story floor???

One final note for your consideration if I might be so bold.

I was the BRRR lender to turn key companies nationwide.. doing about 40 to 60 a month.... 5 points 15%  90 day turn was a printing press of money LOL... so when the crap hit the fan we had a lot of retained earnings that got lost in the down turn.. but we paid all lenders back and .. regrouped.

One big issue I saw was need to pay for a real blue print, that is approved by city to get realistic $/sq-ft numbers.

I watch a particular city closely and on occasion I have seen listings on the MLS that simply state " Sold before Print ".   

The Gazette-Mail will print an entire section that contains just a list of properties owing back taxes which will be transferred to the State if they are not redeemed by October 31st.
