Don't know if I could get a commercial loan for a foreclosure or duplex under 120k .I'm hoping to buy a few rentals to allow for some extra income for now and to assist in the future incase i lose my job or become disabled. 

It is a USDA property and accepts rental assistance, I'm wondering if there are other tenants that could qualify for this type of housing.

I own a duplex in MN and have been receiving a number of inquiries to rent my open unit from businesses that would like to use the unit for their senior care / assisted living businesses.

I have a tenant that wants me to issue a 3 day notice so she can get assistance from 211.

If this person hasn't lost her job (and even if they have, there is government assistance), I see no reason for this.  

Section 8 is a program where low income tenants receive government assistance for paying their rent.
