Don't be afraid to negotiate!

I'm afraid your property is worth what you paid for it maybe a little more since you got it with owner financing. 

Also consider drive around and if you see contractors stop and get a business card if they are at a job site don’t be afraid to ask if you can take a look at their work.  

Don't afraid to ask lenders questions (like will a pre-qualification affect your credit score) in fact, sometimes asking these questions, even if you know the answer, reveals how kind, or helpful this person is going to be. 

I am going to be honest with you guys, they are really throwing these things up, heck my kids even live in 1 but I am afraid of where they will be in 2-4 years.  

I'm in analysis paralysis right now, because I don't mind moving forward, but I'm afraid to take a leap with this last chunk of cash that I have and paint myself into a corner; I want to make sure I'm making the move that allows me the most flexibility to keep purchasing and increasing cash flow, and obviously net worth and wealth once I have the cash flow covered. 

You can get into the market for way cheaper than Wrightsville Beach and as long as you get proper insurance and aren't afraid of a few hurricanes, there is a lot of potential.  

Im hungry and I am definitely not AFRAID to fail.
