It also sounds like a great deal if the seller is paying all those costs for you, which is hard to achieve in this seller’s market across most of the US.All parties signed that price and that’s where it stays unless an amendment of some sort is also signed by both parties changing price.

That's the proverbial "get rich quick" and real estate is not the proper medium for achieving that.

Let's say the average or newbie investor needs a balance of both.I have listed out a few cities for myself that we are monitoring, each city lets us achieve a different goal.
