One thing to add that I didn’t realize is that BP allows non pro members a limited number of uses to their calculators so head on over to the tools and test drive it with your current deal!

If I go through the process with Colorado, have an agency hold my license there, pass the test..would I be able to immediately look into getting a license with another state and NOT work in Colorado at all?

Ummm...there is depreciation RECAPTURE but that has nothing to do with capital gains being taxed or not, and depreciation recapture happens whether you use it or not on your returns.Dude you really should not post information as literally NOTHING you said is accurate at all.
