If your meeting buyer who is going to buy a multi million dollar facility IE  MF  Commerical storage whatever then nice appearance is warranted..

The wells in the area don't produce a lot of gallons per minute, so storage tanks or cisterns are typically required.

For starters adding, a RV/Boat Storage lot will be low cost and will easily fill within 60-90day of operations.
