I wish I could invest south were is all landlord friendly but I guess I'm stuck in the east coast tenant territories.Regardless NYC will always be the worst and I can't blame it because 9 million population city is build on a system where they can't be in the streets.

When I use the app, if I switch windows in the middle of using the flip calculator and then come back to the calculator, the app resets all of the information that I have entered unless the report has already been generated.
