If you search this forum you will find details about investor's experience with this company.Been working with IRA Services since 2010 and from the fees stand point theirs are some of the lowest in the industry.But I think regardless of which custodian/administrator you chose to work with - you will find some level of dissatisfaction from some clients because it takes time to execute the investment and/or transaction by not having a direct access to your retirement funds.
