Realtor Career vs Home inspection career
I cannot seem to find much info about the schooling requirements or income potential for Home inspectors.
What is better, the home inspection business or Real estate sales from an income opportunity stand point. Who typically makes more?
Does anyone do both?
Any insight would be great.

I don't have any hard statistics, but I would guess that a home inspector is a bit safer, but you definitely have a higher upside in real estate sales. Some Realtor's make a ton. But, others make very little.
