I've kept my 2 horses all these years, which costs me way more than your fun car, and even after they stopped paying for themselves.

I am self umployed and grew up in the service industry as my parents owned a race track and resturant.

I have a horse or 2 that desperately need ridden. 

But if I can start another business, buy a property, or hire someone else to work for me, I have doubled my efficiency and cut my debt load burden in half.I'm glad to hear that what you are doing is working for you, but in my situation I'm about 2 steps behind you in the race.

Well straight from the horses mouth at TripAdvisor that only about 10% of their listing receive as much as 75% of their traffic, while the other 90% of listings are fighting for that bottom 25% of traffic.
